Stacy Voss, Founder and CEO

Stacy Voss has 17 years of grant writing experience and is the Vice-President of a local 3-5 chapter, a business development group. She specializes in helping nonprofits in the social services sector. Some of Stacy’s hobbies include running, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and attempting to garden.

Dreama Shreve, Director of Special Projects

Dreama is a Social Service Administrative Professional with over 25 years of management and leadership experience. She has a proven track record of developing partnerships to meet the needs of diverse communities in the arena of CPD, Community Development, Rural Housing Development, Economic Development, homelessness, HOME, CDBG, HOPWA, ESG, CoC, and Social Services. Dreama’s expertise includes program management, employee management, total quality project management, and data-driven outcome measurement. She has created Consolidated Plans, Strategic Plans, and 10-Year Plans. She enjoys public speaking, training, public relations, team building, staff bonding, and contract negotiations.

Catherine Felsmann, Grants Specialist

Over the past 15 years, Catherine Felsmann has helped to further the mission of nonprofit organizations in the Pikes Peak region, with a focus on the arts, social services, and education. Her experience includes fundraising, development, grant writing/management, and foundation and corporate relations. She enjoys being outside and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer.

Brian Hough, GPC

Brian has been working in the nonprofit sector for over a decade and nearly all of that time has been spent writing grant proposals for a variety of clients. Brian discovered that writing grants for a living allows him to use his talents to work alongside people who are passionate about what they do to make the world a better place and help them get the funds they need to help them continue their amazing work. Brian spends his spare time reading, cooking, and fixing up his very old house.

Landy Quintal, Executive Assistant

Landy Quintal lives in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and is trilingual (English, Spanish, and Mayan). She loves to travel.
